The concert for two voices, organ, and piano features sacred duets, songs, and arias by Bach, Fauré, Mendelssohn, Mozart, Rutter, and Schütz. The program is titled “Grant Us Peace.” This contemporary plea for peace unites the hopes of people from both the past and the present. Sopranos Felizia Frenzel (Rostock) and Beate Günther (Wachenheim an der Weinstraße) will be accompanied on the piano and organ, respectively, by Fritz Abs (Parchim).
