"Metropolis" offers a unique way to experience one of the most famous silent films in cinematic history. Fritz Lang’s expressionist classic combines a visionary visual language with major themes such as technology, society, and humanity.
Alexander Kraut accompanies the film live on the piano, creating an immediate musical connection to the images. This silent film concert blends the cinematic experience, the art of improvisation, and classical piano music into a memorable afternoon for film and music lovers alike.
This event is part of the Ahrenshoop Chamber Music Festival.
